Store interiors, zoning, and signage for Pepperfry studios that bring an online-first furniture brand to life in physical retail spaces.

Taking an online furniture brand into physical stores while keeping the studio light on inventory and heavy on experience and storytelling.
Solution
We zoned the space by lifestyle rather than category, built display vignettes that look like real rooms, and added signage and digital touchpoints that encourage customers to browse the full catalogue on screens before ordering.

About This Project
Working with Pepperfry, we helped translate a strong digital brand into physical retail. The scope covered store layout and zoning, feature walls, product staging for living, bedroom, and dining categories, and a signage system that mirrors the brand's online identity. The stores are designed so customers can see and touch products they discovered online, while associates guide them through the full catalogue on digital displays.
