Makework Media provides interior design, signage solutions, branded environments, fabrication, and installation services. We work with businesses across India. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are set out in separate proposals or contracts for each project.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access at our discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, and design) is owned by Makework Media or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written permission. Project-specific IP will be as agreed in your project contract.

5. Projects and Contracts

Engagement for design or signage work is subject to a separate agreement. Payment terms, revision rounds, handover, and warranties will be specified in that agreement. Inquiries via the website or contact form do not create a binding contract until we have agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our liability for any claim related to a project will be limited as set out in the contract for that project.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
